Briefly, Here's How It Works

It's simple really:
1. Tell us what you have.
2. We give you the OK and provide a link to print a FEDEX label using our FedEx account.
3. You attach the label to your package and drop off at any FedEx location. They give you a receipt.
4. You track the package to our door using FedEx.com
5. We notify you of safe package delivery (which confirms your own tracking)
6. We promptly send a written bid via email.
7. You say YES or NO.
8. If YES, we mail our company check by Priority Mail the same day.
9. If NO, we return your items via insured Priority Mail.

It's as simple as that.


Standard Policy: Payment Upon Delivery

Unless you are a professional buyer such as a jeweler, coin shop or pawn shop, we must have your items in house before we can make a bid. That's why we insist you CHECK UP ON US before you go any further in the process. Once you have confirmed our legitimacy and are willing to do business with us, proceed to next steps (below).

Get Pre-Approved To Ship

As soon as we hear from you, we will respond with our OK to ship. Also in that email will be a link to a secure FEDEX label page, where you can print a FEDEX label on our account. We are Certified FedEx Application Developers, which allows us to integrate FedEx web services into our website.

Once You Are Pre-Approved

As soon as you get our APPROVED email, you are ready to pack and ship. You simply follow our instructions on our PREPARE YUR PAGE page and our SAFE SHIPPING GUIDE page. Then you take your package to your nearest FEDEX Office Location. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A LOCAL FEDEX OFFICE, call us and let us know. We will then issue a CALL TAG so that FEDEX comes to you.

Once We Receive Your Package

We will notify you as soon as we receive your package. We have one employee whose sole responsibility is notifying Senders of Safe Delivery. You will receive an email saying the package arrived safely. But this email will not yet include our offer. That's another step.

Once You Receive Our Quote

Within 24 hours of receipt of your package, we will make our NO-OBLIGATION bid. You will receive an email from us with our Formal Bid. At that point, you must respond with your decision. Simply reply to the email with YES or NO THANKS.

If You Say YES

As soon as we get your EMAIL ACCEPTANCE, we will print and mail our COMPANY CHECK by Priority Mail.
Other Forms Of Payment At Your Option:
Wire Transfer ($30 fee)
Paypal (Paypal charges you 3-4% of the amount as their fee)

If You Say NO

If you decide you do not wish to accept our offer, simply reply to our Formal Bid email and say NO THANKS. We will then immediately return the items to you at our expense.
