Preparing Your Items For Shipment
To help us speed through the process of inspecting and confirming your items, please follow these instructions. Failure to do so will
relegate your package to the back of the line and slow processing of your payment.
Organize Into Groups
Please sort your items into groups. Place all your 10K into one baggie, all 14K into another, and so on. Tape a small piece of paper to the baggie, or
attach an adhesive address label. Write what is inside the baggie on the label. This speeds up the process for our buyers,
who must inspect and confirm each piece received.
NOTE: You do not need to write the weight on the label unless you happen to know it.
IMPORTANT! Include a Packing List
The single biggest (and unneccessary) delay caused by sellers is failure to include a packing list. The packing list should look something like...
EXTRA CREDIT: Include a photo of all items in one shot and include a print out of the image along with the packing slip.
